
Emails shows up fine on my end, but on his only the first line shows. There is an email that someone else sent to both of us. The AVG add-in that I've read about is not present. Restarted Outlook, rebooted machine, nothing works. Tried disabling add-ins, tried starting in Safe Mode, tried to repair Office. Everything was working fine until this afternoon when all the email bodies in his inbox either disappeared, or will only show the first line of the message body.

Open Control Panel (Start>Settings>Control Panel) Removing the user profile and re-creating the user profile is a pretty big step just for a lost email signature but it's the last resort. If the same user account does not have the issue on a separate PC then we know the problem is isolated to that user profile. If you keep losing the signature even after creating a new profile, then I would run an Office Repair, and if an Office repair fails, then try to see if the problem happens on a separate computer. Since it is only happening to a single user, I believe the MAPI Profile is corrupt.
